Separation is not Erasure

A dream left me with four words I couldn't stop thinking about:

"Separation is an illusion."

After reflecting on a perspective I'd recently heard about cord cutting, I realized it was inviting me into something much deeper.

This isn't a post about proving whether cord cutting is right or wrong. It's a reflection on connection, attachment, energetic boundaries, and why I don't believe releasing a harmful energetic exchange is the same as separation. Along the way, a surprising connection to a movie helped me understand the dream in a way I never expected.
